| VELMA L. WALLACE NAMED FIRST RECIPIENT OF WICHITA AERO CLUB TROPHY
The Wichita Aero Club has announced that it will present its first Wichita Aero Club Trophy to Mrs. Velma L. Wallace. The trophy, which is to be awarded annually to a living person or persons with a strong relationship to the Wichita area or region who has distinguished himself or herself through exemplary achievements or contributions in the field of aviation or aerospace will be presented to Mrs. Wallace at the Club's annual Ball at 6:30 pm Saturday evening, September 18, 2010 at the Wichita Airport Hilton. |
